Since Thai Basil’s opening, all aspects of our food and drink have been overseen by two well respected Thai chefs – Chefs Prasert and Pin – who have over eighteen years of experience in creating menus, running kitchens and preparing dishes at distinguished international hotels and restaurants in Thailand and South East Asia.
